Ingredients:

  • Champagne (Can be any sparkling wine)
  • Lemonade
  • Lemon
  • Sugar

 

Rub a lemon wedge around the rim of the flute to make it sticky and sugar the rim.

Pour half the flute of champagne and the rest lemonade.

Add a slice of lemon to make it look fabulous.

Ingredients:

  • 6 x Mint leaves
  • 1 x lime
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 45ml white rum
  • 90ml champagne

Start by placing the mint, lime juice and sugar syrup in the bottom of a tall glass.

Muddle them together so some of the mint oil can be released.

Add the ice and rum and stir.

Finally top up the glass with champagne.

An Italian delight, elevated with the addition of peach liqueur to give it a bit more intensity. The Mango Bellini is made with fresh mango puree and your favourite sparkling to make a delicious celebratory drink.

Ingredients:

  • 1 x fresh mango
  • Champagne or sparkling wine
  • Peach liqueur

 

Blend a slice of mango and put a teaspoon of the puree on the bottom of your champagne flute.

Add top up with champagne or sparkling wine.

Drizzle a teaspoon of peach liqueur if you want to add an extra bit of intensity.

  • 2 cups of Orange juice
  • ½ cup of Tequila
  • ¼ cup of Lime juice

Use a lime wedge to wet the glass to rim with salt.

In a jug combine the orange juice, tequila and lime juice. Stir to mix it up.

Pour the mixture into your rimmed cocktail glass but leave a little space for the champagne.

Top off your glass with champagne.

Place about an inch of the puree into a champagne flute or glass.

Top up the flute with your favourite champagne.
