Bickford's traditional cordial range covers Lime Juice, Lemon Juice, Lemon Barley, Bitter Lemon, Brown Lime (SA only), Ginger Beer, Lemon Lime & Bitters, Raspberry, Tropical, Peach Iced Tea, Pink Grapefruit, Pineapple & Lime, Pineapple & Passionfruit, Orange Lemon & Lime, Creamy Soda, Cloudy Apple, Mango & Coconut Crush, Strawberry & Lime Crush and Pink Lemonade, plus a full No Added Sugar range.

The typical dilution is 1 part cordial to 5 parts water — still or sparkling. That's the ratio Bickford's recommends for a proper thirst-quencher. Adjust to taste: use less water for a more intense drink, or more for a lighter one. Cordial is also excellent as a mixer with premium spirits and as a cocktail ingredient.

The No Added Sugar range covers Lemon, Lime, Raspberry, Tropical and Lemon Lime & Bitters, all in 750ml bottles and available by the carton of 8. They deliver the recognisable Bickford's flavour without added sugar, which makes them a popular family choice.

Most of the traditional cordial range carries no artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners and is vegan friendly, with each product page stating this explicitly alongside the full ingredient list and nutrition panel. Note that Lemon Barley contains gluten from barley flour, and several cordials contain sulphites as a preservative — always check the label if you have an allergy.

Absolutely — it's one of the most underrated bar ingredients. Lime Juice cordial is the traditional base of a Gimlet. Raspberry, Tropical and Pink Grapefruit cordials build excellent mocktails with soda water and fresh fruit. Lemon Lime & Bitters needs nothing at all. Because cordial already contains sugar, it does the job of a syrup and a flavouring in one.
