Frequently Asked Questions

What is Press + Bloom?

Press + Bloom is a small-batch South Australian wine label built on dichotomies — the blending of science and art, where knowledge meets imagination and skill meets creativity. Production runs are genuinely tiny (the Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir is just 340 dozen), with fruit drawn from the Adelaide Hills, Barossa Valley and McLaren Vale.

What wines does Press + Bloom make?

Sippify stocks the Press + Bloom Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir and the Prosecco NV. The wider range has included Montepulciano from both McLaren Vale and the Barossa, Barossa Mataro and a Rosé Gin — a genuine winemaker-and-distiller crossover. Availability changes with each small release.

What does Press + Bloom Pinot Noir taste like?

It's hand-picked and hand-plunged with 20% whole-bunch fermentation, then matured in French oak for 10 months. The colour is a light cherry rose; the nose shows lively spice and red berry fruit with hints of smoky oak; and the palate delivers vibrant cherry and light plum with balanced texture and weight, finishing on fresh redcurrant.

What food pairs with Press + Bloom Prosecco?

The winemakers' own recommendation is a charcuterie board with prosciutto-wrapped rockmelon. It's delicate enough for kingfish crudo or aburi salmon, and for a vegan-friendly option they suggest wild mushroom risotto or a pesto baguette with sun-dried tomatoes, rocket and pickled artichoke. It's also an excellent spritz base.

Where can I buy Press + Bloom wine?

Sippify stocks the current Press + Bloom releases. Because production runs are small, ranges change between vintages — Sippify delivers Australia-wide (excluding NT and some remote areas), usually dispatching within 1–2 business days.

Press + Bloom

Where knowledge meets imagination

Region: Adelaide Hills, Barossa & McLaren Vale, South Australia

Press + Bloom is a study in dichotomies: science and art, skill and creativity, press and bloom. Small-batch wines made with a winemaker's precision and an artist's curiosity.

The range roams South Australia's finest regions - hand-picked, hand-plunged Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir matured in French oak; earthy Barossa Mataro and Montepulciano; a cheerful Prosecco built for Sunday charcuterie. Production runs are tiny (the Pinot Noir: just 340 dozen), so each release is genuinely limited.

Vegan-friendly pairings and playful food matches are part of the philosophy - these are wines made to be poured, shared and talked about.
