22.5mL VOK Butterscotch Schnapps
60mL 23rd Street Signature Gin
22.5mL Sweet Vermouth
Method
Stirred & Strained
Pour all ingredients over ice into a mixing glass and stir. Strain into a chilled coupé glass and garnish with twisted lemon peel.
