ESPRESSO RUMTINI

Ingredients
30ML OF BEENLEIGH DOUBLE CASK RUM
30ML OF VOK COFFEE LIQUEUR
30ML FRESH ESPRESSO
15ML OF CAWSEY’S SUGAR SYRUP
Method
Fill the shaker with ice and rum, coffee liqueur, fresh espresso, and cawsey’s sugar syrup.
Shake well and serve in a classic martini glass. Garnish with a few coffee beans on top.
