El Diablo

Ingredients
60ml El Toro Tequila
30ml Bickford’s Blackcurrant Fruit Juice Syrup
30ml fresh lime juice
Bickford and Sons Ginger Ale
Method
To a cocktail shaker, add Tequila Blanco, blackcurrant syrup, fresh lime juice and ice.
Shake till cold. Strain into glass filled with ice. Top the glass up with ginger ale. Add a fresh blackberries on a skewer to garnish.
