30mL 15mL VOK Parfait Amour
15mL 23rd Street Signature Gin
30mL Fresh Lemon Juice
30mL Ruby Red or Pink Grapefruit Juice
Dash Egg White
Method
Shaken
Pour the ingredients into a Boston glass and dry shake. Add ice and shake again. Strain into an ice filled glass and garnish with a fresh grapefruit slice and rose petals.
