Passionfruit Collins

45ml Signature Gin
30ml VOK Passionfruit
30ml Lemon Juice
Topped with Soda
Method
Shaken
Add the Gin, Vok Passionfruit and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker and shake well with ice. Strain into a highball glass and top with soda. Garnish with passionfruit pulp and a lemon wedge.
