4 Secret Mocktails That Will Impress Your Guests at Any Occasion

Here at Sippify, we're all about making memorable moments and with these four secret mocktail recipes, you'll have all your guests remembering your next occasion for the right reasons.

These mocktails are full of flavour and are even better when mixed with the best of Bickford's cordials and juices. 

raspberry lemon punch mocktail with Bickfords diet lemon cordial

1.Raspberry Lemon Punch

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams fresh or frozen raspberries (if using frozen, thaw first)
  • 300mls Bickford’s Diet Lemon Cordial
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 litre soda water or dry alcohol-free sparkling wine
  • Lemon, extra raspberries and mint to garnish (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend raspberries, lemon cordial and honey in a high-speed blender.
  2. Strain into a small punch bowl or pitcher.
  3. Add soda water or alcohol-free sparkling wine and stir gently.
  4. Add ice, raspberries, lemon slices and mint.
  5. Serve over ice and enjoy!

2.Lime Strawberry Smash

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 large strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon Bickfords Diet Lime Cordial
  • 5 mint leaves
  • 1 cup soda water
  • Ice

Extra strawberry and mint to garnish

DIRECTIONS

  1. Muddle the strawberries in a tall glass.
  2. Add the diet lime cordial. Clap the mint in your hands to release the scent and add to the glass.
  3. Top with plenty of ice and soda water. Stir well
  4. Garnish with extra mint and strawberries. Serve immediately.

 

Cherry Burst mocktail with Bickfords cherry juice

3. Cherry Vanilla Burst

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 fresh cherries, chopped
  • 30mls/1oz lime juice
  • 5-6 mint leaves
  • 2-3 drops of vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cup Bickford’s Pure Cherry Juice
  • 1/2 cup soda water
  • Mint and cherries to garnish

DIRECTIONS

  1. Muddle your fresh cherries in a cocktail shaker until the juices are released. Clap the mint together in your hands to release the scent, then place it in the shaker with the lime juice, cherry juice and vanilla essence. Add some ice and shake well.
  2. Pour the mixture into a glass filled with ice, then add soda water. Stir.
  3. Garnish with fresh mint and cherries.
  4. Note: if you want to skip the shaker step this mocktail can also be made in your glass, saving you some washing up! Just muddle the cherries in your glass, then add the lime juice, cherry juice, mint and vanilla. Stir well, then add the soda water and stir again. This method is perfect if you want some fresh cherry pieces in your mocktail!

4. Virgin Mojitos

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Bickford’s Cordial (Raspberry, Grapefruit or Tropical)
  • 1/2 large lime cut into pieces
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar OR 30mls non-alcoholic rum
  • 3/4 cup sparkling water
  • Extra mint to garnish
  • Crushed Ice

Other ingredients

  • For Raspberry Mojito - 3 fresh raspberries
  • For Tropical Mojito – 1 TBS passionfruit pulp
  • For Pink Grapefruit Mojito – 2 wedges of grapefruit flesh

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Muddle the lime and fresh fruit (raspberries/passionfruit/grapefruit) in your glass to release the juice from the fruit.
  2. Clap the mint together in your hands to release the oils, then add to the glass. Gently muddle 3-4 times.
  3. Add Bickford’s cordial and the apple cider vinegar or non-alcoholic rum.
  4. Fill your glass with ice and top with sparkling water.
  5. Stir gently and garnish with mint.
