Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: Shipping cost depends on the location of the delivery. Costs start from $9.50 for Metro CBD shipping,  $12 for Regional shipping, and $15 for Remote shipping. Large orders with multiple packages may cost more.

Q: Do you deliver across the whole of Australia?

A: We deliver to all states and territories with the exception of some alcohol restricted postcodes. Please find the restricted postcodes here.

Q: How long will my delivery take?

A: It depends on where you are located. If you are in a Metro area we estimate delivery between 3-7 days. Regional and remote areas may take 2 weeks.

Q: What if my product arrives damaged?

A: If a product is broken on arrival due to the delivery process we will happily replace the product.
