Beenleigh Artisan Distillers produces Double Cask Rum, White Rum, Australian Spiced Rum, Gold (Copper Pot Distilled) Rum and Traditional Rum Liqueur, along with premium limited releases including XO Rare Rum and Tawny Barrel Rum. The RTD range covers Rum & Cola at 4.5% and 8%, Spiced Rum & Ginger Beer with native botanicals, and the Hard Crush series in Pineapple, Orange and Passionfruit. Beenleigh has been distilling rum on the same site between the Albert and Logan Rivers in Queensland since 1884, making it Australia's oldest continuously operating distillery. The method has barely changed: carefully selected molasses from local Queensland plantations, fresh rainwater, a proprietary yeast, and patient copper pot distillation, with maturation in historic kauri pine vats, ex-brandy vats and ex-bourbon casks.

Yes — Beenleigh was named Australian Rum Distillery of the Year at the New York International Spirits Competition in 2023. Its Double Cask Rum was crowned Rum of the Year at the Bartender Spirits Awards 2023, and has taken Gold at the Rum & Cachaça Masters (2022 and 2023), Double Gold at the Bartender Spirits Awards, 92 points at the Ultimate Spirits Challenge and Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

It depends on the expression. Double Cask and Gold Rum are built for sipping neat or over ice, and both work beautifully in a rum punch or with your favourite mixer. Australian Spiced Rum is a natural with ginger beer and a wedge of lime. White Rum is the base for mojitos and daiquiris. The Traditional Liqueur is a dessert rum — pour it over ice cream, alongside Christmas cake, or as a winter warmer.
