Rum, butterscotch and apple, preferably by an open fire:
butterscotch treacle

Ingredients
30mL VOK Butterscotch Schnapps
30mL Beenleigh Double Cask Rum
60mL Cloudy Apple Juice
2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
Method
Shaken
Pour all ingredients into a Boston glass and shake with ice. Strain into a highball glass and garnish with apple fan and dust with cinnamon powder.
