Signature Gin Sling
Ingredients
45ml 23rd street signature gin
15ml fresh lemon juice
15ml cawsey’s sugar syrup
Bickford and sons soda water
Method
To a cocktail shaker filled with iced, add gin, fresh lemon juice, and cawsey’s sugar syrup.
Shake and strain into a glass over ice. Top with soda water and garnish with a lemon slice.
