Froth-topped aperitif or after-dinner palate cleanser:
mint sour

Ingredients
30mL VOK Crème de Menthe Liqueur
30mL Brandy
30mL Fresh Lemon Juice
Dash egg white
Method
Shaken
Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake. Add ice and shake again. Strain into ice filled glass and garnish with fresh mint.
