23rd Street Distillery Mulberry Gin

Colour is intense, vibrant crimson. Rounded aromas of ripe mulberry fruit are supported by lifted juniper and citrus. Palate is full and juicy, with initial berry sweetness followed by lingering herbal and peppery complexity.

Organic Mulberries are harvested in October – November for this seasonal treat. Pure cane sugar spirit is infused with juniper for 48 hours, then Riverland orange zest takes a brief dip. The liquor is copper pot distilled, retaining the refined ‘heart’, before whole mulberries are introduced and steeped for five days. Gently finished with our basket press and a final filter.

23rd Street Distillery Mulberry Gin is 40% ABV (alcohol by volume). Each 700mL bottle contains approximately 22.1 standard drinks, based on the Australian standard drink measure of 10g of pure alcohol. Please enjoy responsibly.
