23rd Street Distillery Raspberry and Finger Lime Gin is a fruit-forward Australian gin with a captivating medley of ripe raspberries, cherry blossom and intricate citrus notes on the nose, complemented by subtle blue juniper and herbaceous nuances. 23rd Street Distillery soaks and vapour-distils a parcel of blue juniper berries in its copper pot still to create a spicy, aromatic gin base. That base is then poured gently over carefully selected ripe raspberries and finger limes, which macerate for three weeks - tasted daily by the distillers - to achieve the perfect balance of spice, colour and flavour extraction. The three-week fruit maceration is what gives this gin its natural colour and genuine fruit intensity, setting it apart from gins made with added flavourings.

23rd Street Raspberry and Finger Lime Gin is delicious over ice with soda water or premium tonic - the dry bubbles lift the raspberry and citrus without adding sweetness. Garnish with fresh raspberries or a wedge of lime. In cocktails, its bright red-fruit character shines in a Gin Spritz, a Tom Collins or a fruit-led Gin Sour, and it makes a striking base for a raspberry Negroni twist.

It is made by 23rd Street Distillery in Renmark, in South Australia's Riverland.
