From a carefully selected parcels this tawny is matured in barrels for 15 years, followed by a final finish in award winning Australian Beenleigh Rum barrels.
Our exceptional small batch fifteen-year-old tawny boasts superb, dried fruit aromas and rum character, giving notes of sweet spices, coconut, clove and vanilla. Complemented by a palate of dried fig, roasted nuts and molasses character leaving a warming richness.
