Some rums are made for market. Inner Circle was made for the privileged few - first produced by Australian sugar giant CSR exclusively for its directors and favoured clients. No expense spared, because it was never meant to be sold.

When it finally reached the public in 1968 it became a cult favourite, only to be retired in 1986 - until devotees tracked down Malcolm Campbell, the man who had overseen its distillation to the very last bottling, and found he still held the original recipe. Inner Circle returned, uncompromised.

Today's Navy Strength (Green) and Cask Strength (Black) bottlings carry that overproof heritage proudly. This is rum as the inner circle always drank it - you're simply invited now.
