Press + Bloom Pinot Noir

Press + Bloom Pinot Noir is a 2024 Pinot Noir from Adelaide Hills. Light cherry rose colour. Lively spice and red berry fruit on the nose with hints of smoky oak. Flavours of vibrant cherry and light plum, a palate of balanced texture and weight, with fresh redcurrant notes to finish.

Serve Press + Bloom Pinot Noir at cellar temperature, around 16–18°C — slightly below typical Australian room temperature. Once opened, re-seal and keep in a cool spot; it's best enjoyed within 3–5 days. Store bottles in a cool, dark place away from vibration.

Hand-picked and hand-plunged, with 20% whole-bunch fermentation. Matured in French oak for 10 months. 340 dozen produced.

Press + Bloom Pinot Noir is 12.5% ABV (alcohol by volume). Each 750mL bottle contains approximately 7.4 standard drinks, based on the Australian standard drink measure of 10g of pure alcohol. Please enjoy responsibly.
