Tequila Lime Mojito
Ingredients
60ml El Toro Tequila
120ml Bickford and Son Sparkling Water
30ml Cawsey’s Sugar Syrup
30ml fresh lime juice
Mint leaves
Method
To a cocktail shaker, add Tequila Blanco, fresh lime juice, sugar syrup and ice. Shake till cold. Strain into highball glass filled with ice and mint leaves. Top the glass up with sparkling water. Add a lime wedge and mint leaves to garnish.
